She can provide the support you need to establish a Mindfulness Program Office to sustain the cultural shift and maintain the on-going positive impact of your investment.

There are many ways to bring mindfulness into your organization, for example, a workshop at your conference or event, a one-day training, a weekly program, a six-week series, group or 1:1 intensive leadership development, or integrate the mindfulness training into your existing wellness campaign.

The MMI Mindfulness @ Work program can be delivered in a one-day session (9 a.m. – 4 p.m. with a one hour lunch) or in a series of 6 one-hour lessons over multiple weeks. Each module includes:

  • Welcome & Mindful Moment
  • Review of Take Away Practice from previous module
  • The focus of the module
  • Case Study from Research
  • Guided Practice/Exercise for Personal Development
  • Take Away Practices
  • Wrap-up & Q&A

The MMI Mindfulness @ Work program can be customized to suit any organization’s needs. The program can also be extended to include an introductory session and additional coaching session.
