About Marcy Westcott

Marcy Westcott, an entrepreneur, calls Blanco, Texas home. She’s not just a businesswoman, though; Marcy is also a certified Texas Master Naturalist, deeply committed to environmental conservation and animal rights advocacy. But perhaps most notably, she’s a McLean Meditation Institute Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher (CMMI).

Her journey into meditation began several years ago, prompted by the toll of long-term stress and anxiety. Witnessing the transformative effects it had on her own well-being, Marcy felt compelled to share this gift with others. Seeing loved ones grappling with life’s challenges, she sought out accessible, secular meditation styles. Through the teachings of Sarah McLean, founder of the McLean Meditation Institute, Marcy found not only solace but profound benefits for her mental, emotional, and physical health.

Driven by her experiences, Marcy embarked on a rigorous 200-hour course, culminating in a demanding 50-hour Intensive in Sedona, Arizona, under the guidance of the renowned McLean Meditation Teacher Academy. Now, she’s on a mission to spread the practice of meditation and mindfulness far and wide. Passionate, dedicated, and honored to serve, Marcy is committed to helping others discover the life-changing benefits of establishing a meditation and mindfulness practice.
